Volunteer to help end food insecurity

Our volunteer family is a fun and energetic group, sharing a passion for caring for others and ensuring fresh food access for all.

We welcome families including children (10+ supervised by an adult), and we’re proud to have volunteers from 10-80 years old.

You can help share food

We rely on volunteers to help set up tables and share food and supplies at each of our community events. This fun role allows you to interact directly with your neighbors. We can accommodate individual volunteers and small groups. Minimal physical exertion. Volunteers can choose between the following times.

Sign up for Tuesdays 1:30-2:30 @ Ellis Elementary School

Sign up for Thursdays 2:00-3:00 @ McMeen Elementary School

Sign up for Saturdays 8:15-9:45 @ Celebration Community Church

Deliver to market sites

This is a very physical role that requires lifting ~25-50lb boxes of food and pushing heavy carts

An SUV or car with a large cargo space (for example, a Subaru Outback) is required

To volunteer for food pickup, you will shadow us for your first visit to learn about the process, and then complete some additional paperwork (DL and proof of insurance, liability waiver) to become an official driver.

To get started, sign up for a slot and we will be in touch with more information.

Sign up for Tuesdays 1:15-1:45 at Royal Crest

Sign up for Fridays 9:30-11am at We Don't Waste

Sign up for Thursdays 12-1pm at Fresh Guys Produce
